All I ask..
You may not always agree with me - or my intensity in life. You may not even share myPASSION and LOVE for the things that I do and make my own. But ALL I ask from you is that you support me - as I will always support you, cheer me on - as I am already your cheerleader in return, guide me - as I have helped to direct you, and just love me for who I am - because I will always LOVE and ACCEPT you for you.
These words were shared by my dear friend, Jaime Kallay, and they ring true for me as well.

If you want to look and feel amazing then it is your responsibility, to yourself and all those around you, to do what you have to do in order to attain it. No excuses.

I am counting on this one!!
A person who has good thoughts cannot ever be ugly. You can have a wonky nose and a crooked mouth and a double chin and stick-out teeth, but if you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.

Every Now & Then...
... somewhere, someplace, sometime, you are going to have to plant your feet, stand firm and make a point about who you are and what you believe in.

That Time...
There comes a time in life, when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh, forget the bad, and focus on the good. So, love the people who treat you right and pray for the ones who don't. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down...is a part of LIFE, getting back up is LIVING.

Risk
To laugh is to risk appearing the fool.
To weep is to risk appearing sentimental.
To reach for another is to risk involvement.
To expose your ideas, your dreams,
before a crowd is to risk their loss.
To love is to risk not being loved in return.
To live is to risk dying.
To believe is to risk despair.
To try is to risk failure.
But risks must be taken, because the
greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.
The people who risk nothing, do nothing,
have nothing, are nothing.
They may avoid suffering and sorrow,
but they cannot learn, feel, change,
grow, love, live.
Chained by their attitudes they are slaves;
they have forfeited their freedom.
Only a person who risks is free.
